In 2014, Carl Phillip Tüllmann completed his bachelor's degree in chemistry at the Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg. He then moved to Munich joining the Ludwig Maximilian University. After completing his master's thesis at the University of San Francisco, he recieved his master's degree in organic chemistry. During his PhD in the Knochel working group, Carl Phillip Tüllmann worked on the synthesis and application of air-stable organozinc compounds.
Already during his master studies, he took the subsidiary subject patent and trademark law and completed an internship at the law firm of Michalski Hüttermann & Partner. Convinced by this time, Mr. Tüllmann decided to start his training as a patent attorney in the office of Michalski Hüttermann & Partner at the beginning of 2020.
Carl Phillip Tüllmann was born and raised in Düsseldorf and speaks fluently German, English and reasonably Italian. Out of office, he is a passionate hunter and sports enthusiast. He experiences
his quiet moments on the beautiful North Sea Island of Juist or in the warm port city of Sollèr on Mallorca.
