Fabian Pech is a German patent attorney as well as a representative before the European Patent Office and the EUIPO. His main focus in patent law is on the filing and granting of patents,
infringement issues and freedom-to-operate analyses. He has technical knowledge in the fields of process engineering, mechanics, automotive, in particular drive and transmission technology,
materials technology and medical technology. His main focus in trademark law is on the application, granting, enforcement and defense of trademarks.
After studying mechanical engineering with a specialization in process engineering and working as a research assistant at RWTH Aachen University, Mr. Pech began training as a German patent
attorney in Düsseldorf in 2017. He was admitted to the bar in 2020, and in the following year he was also able to obtain European admission. After working as a freelancer, he joined Michalski
Hüttermann in 2021, where he works as a patent attorney.
Mr. Pech is married and father of two daughter. In his private life, he plays drums and guitar, does endurance sports and takes part in debates. He speaks German and fluent English.
