Samantha Kauer studied medical physics at technical university in Dortmund and completed her studies with emphasis on biological physics and clinical medical physics. Within her master thesis she
investigated the activation of titanium by a proton beam at West German Proton Therapy Center in Essen, where she additionally operated professionally.
Following her studies, she worked as medical physicist in conventional radiotherapy and radiology for a well-known specialized clinic.
By the end of 2019, she started her training in intellectual property law at the law firm Michalski Hüttermann & Partner. She has been admitted as a German patent attorney since the beginning
of 2023.
Samantha Kauer speaks German and English as well as tolerably French. She likes to spend her off time in nature with her dog and horse. She is active on the mountain bike in the mountains or in
dog sports.
